Certificates
Root certificate TechFak
You can use this certificate if you want to connect to the wired network or to the WiFi (citec or eduroam). In almost all cases you can use the DER format. Some internal services also use this CA.
We exchange the handware inside the citec building and had to roll out a new root certificate with the current standard. The new certificate can be downloaded here.

You can still use this certificate if you want to use the wired laptop network. In almost all cases you can use the DER format. The certificate in text or PEM format may not be correctly recognized as an x509 certificate by the operating system.
